I practice strengthening physical and mental health through nutrition, exercise, and most importantly - God's Word.

As someone who used to live with debilitating anxiety, I adopt gratitude and mindfulness practices which improve every aspect of my life. I tried multiple different gratitude journals over the past few years, but none have incorporated every gratitude and mindfulness activity that I enjoy into one journal.

This is why I decided to create my own; one that will reach others in hopes of improving the quality of your life as well.
