Registered Dietitian & Christian Life Coach

Holistic Nutrition Counseling

Hi, I’m Maddie! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) passionate about holistic health—nutrition, movement, rest, and renewing the mind. Nutrition is more than the foods we eat; it carries meaning and purpose, and I’m excited to explore that with you. I help people create sustainable habits that support lasting growth, all while having fun, getting creative, and exploring what truly drives you.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Florida State University and my Master’s from the University of North Florida. I’ve completed over 1,200 hours of supervised practice across rehabilitation, collegiate and NFL sports teams, and community health. I’m also a certified personal trainer (NASM) and Christian Life Coach.

My journey to becoming a dietitian began with my own experiences managing childhood anxiety. Competitive cheerleading helped me find balance early on, and as I grew older, weightlifting became my mental and physical relief. This journey revealed the critical role of nutrition in supporting health and performance and sparked my passion for helping others build sustainable, meaningful habits.

I enjoy strength training, biking, walks with my dog (and sometimes cat!), reading the bible, and journaling. One of my favorite things about Jacksonville, FL is the community I’ve built through my church.

I’m excited to meet you and explore how we can bring intention, joy, and balance to your health journey!

Christian Life Coaching

In 2025, Heaven gained another angel—my cat, who was far too young. I had my cat throughout high school, college, and right up until just before I took my Registered Dietitian exam. This wasn’t just a pet—he was a constant companion through life’s toughest moments. The thought of starting my career without him felt devastating.

I felt lost, broken, and alone. Though I had been a Christian all my life, I didn’t truly know Jesus until the midst of this pain. No one else could feel the depth of what I was experiencing—except Him, and I could turn to Him. I held onto the hope and promises of God, trusting that He would turn this pain into purpose, this test into testimony, and these ashes into beauty. I sought His word daily and felt Him shaping me into the person He has called me to be.

This journey led me to step into Christian Life Coaching, where I guide others toward God’s calling in their lives. I help clients find strength in suffering, because, as Romans 5:3-4 says: “Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.”
